Every Enchanted Scoop is prepared with care, a sprinkle of magic, and a little mystery! Because each order is uniquely scooped and specially packed just for you, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges except under the circumstances listed below.

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following circumstances:

Lost in the Magical Woods: Your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier.
A Spell Gone Wrong: Your order arrives damaged or with items broken during shipping. Please provide clear photos of the damage.
The Wrong Potion: You receive an incorrect item or an order that does not belong to you.
A Scoop Gone Missing: Your package arrives with items missing from your order, excluding any variations or surprises inherent to the scooping process.

A Few Firm Rules of the Realm:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report an eligible issue.
Photos, order details, and other supporting information may be required before a refund or replacement is approved.
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot offer refunds for changes of heart, accidental purchases, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, personal preferences, or simply receiving items that weren't what you hoped for.
Colors, styles, and individual items may vary. The magic of scooping is that every order is a little different!
